Document Requirements

Before your appointment, please review our document requirements. These guidelines ensure we can safely and legally perform your piercing, whether you’re an adult or a minor. Taking a moment to check what you’ll need to bring helps make your visit smooth and stress-free, so we can get you pierced without any delays.

❋ For Adults (18+)

Please bring ONE of the following:

  • Government-issued photo ID

  • Government-issued Driver’s License

  • Passport

Important: We cannot accept expired IDs, IDs without photos, military IDs, foreign IDs (please bring your passport), or photos/photocopies of any documents. All identification must be the original, physical item.

❋ For Minors (Under 18)

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

The parent/guardian must bring ALL of the following:

  • Parent/Guardian’s Government-issued photo ID, Government-issued Driver’s License, OR Passport

  • Minor’s Original Birth Certificate (required by state law — no exceptions. We cannot accept photos, photocopies, hospital copies, or documents without a registered seal.)

***Note to guardians: If legal custody has been assigned to you, the original court paperwork verifying custody must also be provided.

Important: We cannot perform any piercing on a minor without all required documentation. Please contact the studio prior to your appointment if you have any questions regarding documentation for minors.
